Terms of Service

Scorpii Flow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our automation engine for your personal or business operations under your active subscription plan.

You are solely responsible for all actions taken by the agents you train and deploy. Each subscription license is tied to a single organization and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared without prior written consent.

Scorpii Flow provides powerful OS-level automation capabilities. You agree not to use the platform for:

• Spamming, harassment, impersonation, or spreading misinformation on any platform.
• Circumventing security measures for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to systems.
• Automating actions that violate the Terms of Service of target platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Salesforce).
• Creating automated workflows designed to manipulate financial markets, elections, or public discourse.

Because Scorpii Flow agents execute physically on your hardware, we cannot be held liable for:

• Account suspensions, shadowbans, or blocks imposed by third-party platforms.
• Data loss resulting from misconfigured automation scripts or hardware failures.
• Unintended actions caused by improperly trained workflow blueprints.

We provide the Stealth Engine, LLM Healer, and Precision Training to minimize risk, but no automation platform can guarantee 100% risk-free operation on third-party services.

All workflow blueprints, training data, and automation configurations you create belong to you. Scorpii Flow does not claim any ownership over your custom workflows.

The Scorpii Flow platform, its source code, design, and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of ScoRpii Tech. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized redistribution of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis based on your selected plan. Key billing policies:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a new subscription.
• Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
• Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also terminate access for users found to be in violation of our Responsible Automation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScoRpii Tech operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
