Scorpii Flow operates on a "Local First" execution model. All automation data — including credentials, cookies, session tokens, and execution history — resides exclusively on your local machine or your dedicated cloud agent node.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the platform:

• Account Information: Your name, email, and billing details when you sign up for a paid plan.
• Usage Telemetry: Anonymized metrics such as workflow run counts and error rates to improve the platform. No business data is included.
• Support Communications: Messages you voluntarily send to our support team.

When a workflow step fails and the Tier-2 Gemini Healer is invoked, our system may securely transmit a minimal UI snapshot (screenshot or DOM fragment) to our vision-reasoning engine to calculate a healing path.

When you use Scorpii Flow to interact with platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or internal CRMs, you remain subject to the privacy policies of those specific services.

Scorpii Flow acts as a physical OS-level proxy (human simulation) and does not:

• Store your social graph, message history, or contact lists on our servers.
• Access data beyond what the trained workflow requires.
• Share any platform data with third parties.

All execution logs, including our Deep Trace Narrative system, are generated and stored locally on your agent machine. These logs provide full transparency into the agent's decision-making process.

We do not aggregate, upload, or analyze your private business workflow data. You have full ownership and can delete all local data at any time through the Scorpii Dashboard.

The Scorpii Flow website uses minimal, essential cookies for session management. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (no personal data tracking) to understand general traffic patterns.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any user data.

Because the majority of data resides on your own hardware, you inherently maintain full control. You may:

• Access: Review all stored automation blueprints and logs locally.
• Delete: Permanently remove all local agent data at any time.
• Export: Download your workflow configurations in a portable format.
• Opt-Out: Disable anonymized telemetry from the dashboard settings.
